Goods ordered through this website will only be delivered to South Africa. The products you ordered will be shipped from our warehouses in South Africa, subject to stock availability.
Please consider the below as an estimated time of delivery. Standard delivery will be delivered within approximately 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on where your shipment is being delivered to. For the most recent updates, please always refer to your tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
We do not deliver goods to P.O. Boxes.

It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Please note that our order cut-off times, which are set at 12pm from Monday to Friday, serve as a general guideline and may not account for any potential delays related to payment authorization.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms of Sales.
We are unable to change the delivery address on orders.
Delivery Charges
For orders over R500, a subsidiary wholly owned by Sector Group of Companies delivers for free.
For orders under R500, a subsidiary wholly owned by Sector Group of Companies charges a non-refundable delivery fee of R90.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are already included in the product cost.
